RETURN POLICY
1. What is your return and exchange policy?
All returns/exchanges must be done within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unwashed and with clothing label still attached. Replacement will be shipped as soon as all additional fees are settled and original item mailed back to us.
Defective or damaged items will be replaced by Kela Basic Clothing without any further cost to the buyer.
Items may be exchanged within 7 days with other items for sale in Kela Basic Clothing. Shipping fee for original item will no longer be refunded. Shipping fees for the new item/s shall be shouldered by buyer.
2. Can I exchange an item for a different item?
Items may be exchanged within 7 days of the receipt of the item with other items for sale and on hand in Kela Basic Clothing. Shipping fee for original item will no longer be refunded. Shipping fees for the new item/s shall be shouldered by buyer.
3. Can I return items bought on sale?
Items bought on sale may not be returned nor exchanged.
4. Will I receive a refund in case new item/replacement item is not available?
If price of replacement is higher, additional must be paid first before shipment of new item.
If price of replacement is lower than original purchased item, no refund will be credited from the excess payment.
ALL replacement requests are subject to availability. In case your replacement of choice is unavailable, you will be given equal value store credit or a full refund (excluding shipping, if any) within 7-10 banking days.
5. Can I return Kela Basic Clothing E-Gift Cards?
E-Gift Cards may not be returned nor converted to cash.
6. Are Kela Basic Clothing E-Gift Cards transferrable?
Yes.
7. Will Kela Basic Clothing E-Gift Cards expire?
No.
